Birmingham is half way up the left side of England, with the M5 Motorway running past. In recent years the M5 toll road has opened and this is highly recommended if you are pssing the Town. The Toll lets you avoid what can be horrendous traffic.

The town has Edgbaston Cricket Ground, the Bullring Shopping Centre and is famed for being the Curry capital of England.

In addition, it has a higher number of canals than Venice.
